Welcome to my newest project, creating a beautiful curvaceous woman for my newest film, she is an aluminium wire armature or skeleton with built up Newplast clay to create her lumps and bumps, she is still in very early stages yet, those curves are going to grow!
When I become fairly satisfied with her look she will then be drenched in plaster and thus a mold will be created, the final stage will be mixing up the foam latex and then baking it in the oven to create a beautifully lightweight and easily reproducible animation puppet!
Her head, arms and feet will all be cast in separate molds as I know from experience these delicate body parts are the ones that brake the fastest so she will need shiny new replacements ASAP when filming.
